Dealer pricing is not guaranteed to remain fixed. Bullion Breaks reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue dealer pricing at any time based on market conditions, costs, availability, or other business considerations.

All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by Bullion Breaks.

Dealer pricing applies only to approved dealer accounts and is not automatically available to the general public.

All orders must be paid according to the terms provided at the time of purchase. Orders may not be canceled after payment or processing has begun unless specifically approved by Bullion Breaks.

Bullion Breaks reserves the right to establish minimum advertised pricing (MAP), minimum order quantities, purchase limits, and product-specific dealer terms.

Prices for products containing precious metals may change without notice due to fluctuations in the underlying metal markets and changes in acquisition costs.

Bullion Breaks is not obligated to honor previously quoted pricing on unpaid orders if market conditions or costs materially change.
