Dealer Program - Terms & Conditions

Bullion Breaks Dealer Program Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: October 8, 2026

These Dealer Program Terms & Conditions (“Dealer Terms”) govern participation in the Bullion Breaks Dealer Program (“Dealer Program”) operated by Bullion Breaks (“Bullion Breaks,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located in Evansville, Indiana.

By applying for, accepting, or participating in the Dealer Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Dealer Terms, the Bullion Breaks Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and any other applicable policies or agreements.

If there is a conflict between these Dealer Terms and a specific written agreement between Bullion Breaks and an approved dealer, the specific written agreement will control to the extent of the conflict.

1. Dealer Program Overview

The Bullion Breaks Dealer Program is intended for qualified businesses, resellers, retailers, live sellers, online sellers, collectors operating as businesses, and other approved customers who purchase products for resale or commercial purposes.

Dealer status is a privilege and is subject to approval by Bullion Breaks.

Approval does not create a partnership, joint venture, franchise, agency, employment relationship, or exclusive territory between Bullion Breaks and the dealer.

2. Dealer Application

Applicants must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the application process.

Information requested may include:

  • Business name

  • Business address

  • Contact information

  • Website or selling channels

  • Type of business

  • Products or categories sold

  • Resale or business information

  • Tax information, where applicable

  • Additional information reasonably requested by Bullion Breaks

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval.

Bullion Breaks reserves the right to approve or decline any application at its discretion, subject to applicable law.

3. Application Review

Dealer applications are generally reviewed within three (3) business days.

Some applications may require additional time when Bullion Breaks needs additional information, documentation, verification, or clarification.

Bullion Breaks may contact an applicant during the review process.

A dealer account is not considered approved until Bullion Breaks provides confirmation of approval.

4. Dealer Approval

Approved dealer status may be granted based on information provided in the application and Bullion Breaks' evaluation of the applicant.

Approval does not guarantee:

  • Access to every product

  • A specific dealer price

  • A specific quantity of inventory

  • Product allocation

  • Continued availability of products

  • Future pricing

  • Special-order availability

  • Custom or private-label opportunities

  • Any minimum level of purchasing or sales

Bullion Breaks may establish different pricing, purchasing requirements, product access, or terms for individual dealers when appropriate.

5. Dealer Minimum Order

The minimum dealer order is $200 USD unless Bullion Breaks approves different terms in writing.

The minimum order applies to the dealer merchandise subtotal unless otherwise stated.

Bullion Breaks may establish different minimums for certain products, special orders, custom products, limited releases, or other opportunities.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, or other fees may be additional unless specifically stated otherwise.

6. Dealer Price Sheet

The Dealer Price Sheet is provided only to approved Bullion Breaks dealers.

Dealer pricing is confidential business information and is intended solely for the approved dealer to whom it is provided.

Unless Bullion Breaks provides written permission, dealers may not:

  • Publish dealer pricing publicly

  • Post dealer pricing on websites or social media

  • Distribute dealer pricing to unauthorized persons

  • Reproduce or redistribute the Dealer Price Sheet

  • Use dealer pricing to represent themselves as an authorized Bullion Breaks pricing source

  • Share dealer pricing with competing businesses or unauthorized resellers

Dealers may use the pricing information for legitimate purchasing and resale activities.

7. Dealer Pricing May Change

Dealer pricing is subject to change without notice.

Pricing may change because of:

  • Precious-metal market fluctuations

  • Wholesale market conditions

  • Supplier costs

  • Product availability

  • Quantity purchased

  • Inventory levels

  • Manufacturing costs

  • Shipping or fulfillment costs

  • Market demand

  • Other business factors

The Dealer Price Sheet does not constitute a guaranteed offer to sell every listed product at the displayed price.

A dealer's actual purchase price is the price confirmed by Bullion Breaks for the applicable order.

8. Product Availability

Dealer pricing does not guarantee product availability.

Products may be:

  • Temporarily unavailable

  • Out of stock

  • Limited in quantity

  • Discontinued

  • Subject to allocation

  • Subject to purchase limits

  • Available only by special order

Bullion Breaks may limit quantities or decline an order when inventory is insufficient or when other legitimate business considerations apply.

9. Dealer Orders

Dealer orders are subject to acceptance by Bullion Breaks.

Submitting an order or requesting products does not automatically create a binding obligation for Bullion Breaks to fulfill the order.

Bullion Breaks may review orders for:

  • Product availability

  • Pricing

  • Quantity

  • Payment

  • Account status

  • Shipping requirements

  • Fraud prevention

  • Compliance with Dealer Terms

Bullion Breaks may correct pricing, inventory, or product information errors before accepting an order.

10. Dealer Payment

Unless Bullion Breaks has approved different written payment terms, dealer orders must be paid in full before shipment.

Bullion Breaks may require additional verification before accepting payment or shipping a high-value order.

Approved payment methods may be subject to processing fees, transaction limitations, verification requirements, or other applicable terms.

A dealer's failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the order and may affect future dealer privileges.

11. Sales Tax and Tax-Exempt Dealers

Bullion Breaks will collect applicable sales tax as required by law.

Dealers seeking tax-exempt treatment must provide valid documentation acceptable to Bullion Breaks.

Tax-exempt status is not automatic merely because a customer identifies themselves as a dealer or reseller.

Bullion Breaks must review and approve applicable tax-exemption documentation before tax-exempt treatment is applied.

Tax-exemption documentation review may take up to three (3) business days.

Until approved, applicable sales tax may be charged.

Dealers are responsible for maintaining their own tax records and complying with all applicable federal, state, and local tax obligations.

12. Dealer Business Responsibilities

Dealers are independently responsible for their own businesses.

This includes responsibility for:

  • Resale activities

  • Customer relationships

  • Advertising

  • Product representations

  • Applicable licenses and permits

  • Business registrations

  • Sales and use tax obligations

  • Resale documentation

  • Customer service

  • Compliance with applicable laws

  • Compliance with marketplace rules

  • Compliance with advertising requirements

Dealer approval does not mean Bullion Breaks has reviewed or approved the dealer's business practices, sales channels, advertising, pricing, or customers.

13. Resale and Product Representation

Dealers must accurately represent products purchased from Bullion Breaks.

Dealers may not knowingly make false, misleading, deceptive, or materially inaccurate statements about:

  • Product identity

  • Metal content

  • Weight

  • Authenticity

  • Grade or condition

  • Manufacturer or mint

  • Packaging

  • Availability

  • Origin

  • Bullion Breaks' relationship with the dealer

Dealers are responsible for ensuring that their marketing and product descriptions comply with applicable laws and platform requirements.

14. Bullion Breaks Brand and Intellectual Property

Dealer approval does not automatically grant a dealer a license to use the Bullion Breaks name, logo, trademarks, photographs, product descriptions, graphics, or other intellectual property.

Dealers may not represent themselves as:

  • Bullion Breaks

  • An owner or employee of Bullion Breaks

  • An authorized representative beyond the scope specifically approved by Bullion Breaks

  • A partner or franchisee of Bullion Breaks

Any permitted use of Bullion Breaks branding may be subject to separate written authorization.

15. Confidentiality of Dealer Information

Dealer pricing, special purchasing arrangements, product allocations, unpublished product information, and other non-public commercial information provided by Bullion Breaks may be considered confidential.

Dealers agree to use reasonable care to protect such information from unauthorized disclosure.

This obligation does not apply to information that:

  • Is publicly available through no fault of the dealer;

  • Was lawfully known to the dealer before disclosure;

  • Is independently developed without use of confidential information; or

  • Must be disclosed by law or valid legal process.

16. Custom and Private-Label Opportunities

Bullion Breaks may discuss custom, private-label, branded, or specially manufactured products with qualified dealers.

Dealer approval does not automatically provide access to custom or private-label products.

Custom or private-label projects may require separate:

  • Pricing

  • Minimum quantities

  • Deposits

  • Production timelines

  • Artwork approvals

  • Specifications

  • Manufacturing terms

  • Shipping terms

  • Payment terms

  • Cancellation provisions

  • Intellectual-property arrangements

  • Written agreements

No custom or private-label project is considered approved until Bullion Breaks confirms the project and applicable terms in writing.

17. Special Orders and Limited Products

Certain products may be subject to additional requirements because of their value, availability, market sensitivity, production schedule, or limited quantity.

These may include:

  • Precious-metal products

  • Limited releases

  • Custom products

  • Private-label products

  • Special orders

  • Allocated products

  • Products purchased specifically for a dealer

Additional payment, cancellation, return, or fulfillment terms may apply and will be communicated when applicable.

18. Dealer Returns and Cancellations

Dealer purchases may be subject to different return and cancellation restrictions than ordinary retail purchases.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, dealer orders remain subject to the Bullion Breaks Returns & Refund Policy and any product-specific restrictions.

Market-sensitive products, precious-metal products, custom products, special orders, limited products, and products specifically purchased or produced for a dealer may be final sale or otherwise subject to restricted cancellation or return rights.

A dealer should contact Bullion Breaks before placing an order if clarification is needed regarding return or cancellation eligibility.

19. Shipping

Dealer orders are subject to the Bullion Breaks Shipping Policy.

Bullion Breaks currently ships to destinations within the United States.

Processing, carrier delivery estimates, tracking, signature requirements, damaged shipments, lost shipments, and other shipping matters are governed by the applicable Shipping Policy and order terms.

High-value dealer orders may require signature confirmation or other security measures.

20. Dealer Account Security

Dealers are responsible for maintaining the security of their account information and login credentials.

Dealers must promptly notify Bullion Breaks of suspected unauthorized access, account misuse, or fraudulent activity.

Dealers may not permit unauthorized individuals or businesses to use their dealer account or dealer pricing.

Bullion Breaks may suspend access while investigating suspected misuse or unauthorized activity.

  • Manipulating promotions or pricing

  • Using multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions

  • Providing misleading information to Bullion Breaks

  • Conduct that creates unreasonable risk to Bullion Breaks or its customers

22. Suspension or Termination of Dealer Status

Bullion Breaks may suspend or terminate dealer privileges when permitted by law.

Reasons may include:

  • Violation of these Dealer Terms

  • False or misleading application information

  • Fraud or suspected fraudulent activity

  • Payment problems

  • Chargebacks or repeated payment disputes

  • Unauthorized disclosure of dealer pricing

  • Abuse of dealer privileges

  • Misuse of Bullion Breaks intellectual property

  • Failure to maintain required documentation

  • Conduct that creates unreasonable business, legal, financial, or reputational risk

  • Other legitimate business reasons

Suspension or termination may occur without advance notice when reasonably necessary to protect Bullion Breaks, its customers, its suppliers, or its business.

Termination does not eliminate obligations that arose before termination, including payment obligations or confidentiality obligations that by their nature should continue.

23. No Guarantee of Future Dealer Benefits

Dealer status does not guarantee continued access to:

  • Dealer pricing

  • Specific products

  • Specific quantities

  • Particular suppliers

  • Special allocations

  • Custom opportunities

  • Private-label opportunities

  • Promotional pricing

  • Any particular purchasing terms

Bullion Breaks may modify the Dealer Program as business conditions change.

24. No Exclusivity

The Bullion Breaks Dealer Program is non-exclusive.

Dealer approval does not create an exclusive territory, exclusive product category, exclusive customer base, or exclusive relationship.

Bullion Breaks may sell products to other dealers, businesses, retailers, resellers, and customers.

25. Independent Business Relationship

Dealers are independent businesses.

Nothing in these Dealer Terms creates:

  • A partnership

  • Joint venture

  • Franchise

  • Employment relationship

  • Fiduciary relationship

A dealer may not bind Bullion Breaks to any agreement, representation, warranty, or obligation unless expressly authorized in writing.

27. Changes to Dealer Terms

Bullion Breaks may update these Dealer Terms from time to time.

Updated terms may be posted on the Bullion Breaks website or otherwise communicated to dealers.

Changes generally apply to future dealer transactions unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing.

A dealer's continued participation in the Dealer Program after updated terms become effective may constitute acceptance of the updated terms.

  • Bullion Breaks Terms & Conditions

  • Privacy Policy

  • Shipping Policy

  • Returns & Refund Policy

  • Any custom/private-label agreement

Where a specific written dealer agreement applies, that agreement will control over general website terms to the extent of any conflict.

29. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bullion Breaks will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from participation in the Dealer Program, loss of dealer status, product availability, pricing changes, market changes, website interruptions, third-party service failures, or other matters related to the Dealer Program.

Nothing in these Dealer Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or limit rights that cannot legally be waived.

A failure by Bullion Breaks to enforce a provision of these Dealer Terms does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce that provision later.
