One example is our Exclusive Hidden Treasure Chase, which is reserved for approved dealers and may include specially arranged quantities, pricing, and products.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards and debit cards, along with other payment methods displayed during checkout when available.

All payments must be successfully authorized and cleared before an order is processed.

Are credit-card payments secure?

Payment information is processed through approved third-party payment processors. Bullion Breaks does not need to store your complete credit-card information to process your order.

Can I request a wholesale quote instead of ordering online?

How long does shipping take?

Recommended wording for the new site:

Most standard orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment has cleared, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time does not include carrier transit time.

Larger dealer, wholesale, special-order, or custom orders may require additional processing time. Any applicable extended processing time will be communicated to the customer.

Are shipments insured?

Bullion Breaks ships qualifying orders using tracking and applicable shipping protection.

For higher-value orders, additional shipping requirements such as signature confirmation may apply.

Do wholesale orders have different shipping requirements?

Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns?

Returns may be accepted within 7 calendar days of delivery when the product qualifies under our Return Policy.

Items must remain unopened, untampered with, and in the same condition in which they were received.

Bullion, graded coins, currencies, sealed products, and other products may have additional return restrictions.

Is there a restocking fee?

Our current policy provides for a 75% restocking fee on approved returns, with the remaining 25% refunded after inspection.

What products are non-returnable?

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, non-returnable products may include:

Special orders

Products showing signs of use, tampering, alteration, or damage

How do I request a return?

Contact Bullion Breaks to request a Return Authorization (RA) before sending anything back.
