Returns & Refund Policy

BULLION BREAKS RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: October 8, 2026

At Bullion Breaks, we want customers to understand our return and refund requirements before making a purchase.

This policy explains when a product may be returned, when a product is restricted or final sale, and how refunds are handled.

1. THREE-DAY RETURN REQUEST PERIOD

Eligible merchandise may be considered for return when the customer submits a return request within three (3) days of confirmed delivery.

The return period begins when the shipping carrier's tracking information confirms delivery to the shipping address provided with the order.

A return request submitted after the applicable three-day period may be denied.

Submitting a return request does not automatically mean the return has been approved.

Customers must receive return instructions or authorization from Bullion Breaks before sending an item back.

2. THREE RETURN CATEGORIES

Bullion Breaks uses three general return categories.

CATEGORY A — ELIGIBLE MERCHANDISE

Eligible merchandise may be considered for return when the customer requests the return within three (3) days of confirmed delivery and all applicable return conditions are satisfied.

Eligible returns are subject to a:

25% RESTOCKING FEE

The customer will receive the applicable refund after the restocking fee and any other applicable deductions have been applied.

CATEGORY B — RESTRICTED RETURNS

Certain products may have additional return restrictions.

These may include:

  • Sealed products

  • Mystery products

  • Randomized products

  • Certain trading-card products

  • Limited releases

  • Promotional products

  • Products where opening or altering the packaging affects value

  • Other products identified by Bullion Breaks

A restricted product may have different return conditions or may become Final Sale after being opened.

Customers should carefully review the individual product listing before purchasing.

CATEGORY C — FINAL SALE

Certain products may be designated Final Sale / Non-Returnable.

These may include:

  • Gold bullion

  • Silver bullion

  • Platinum bullion

  • Palladium bullion

  • Other precious-metal products

  • Market-sensitive products

  • Custom products

  • Special-order products

  • Certain limited-edition products

  • Products specifically identified as Final Sale

Because precious-metal and market-sensitive products can change in value rapidly, Bullion Breaks may restrict cancellations and returns for these products.

3. RETURN CONDITIONS

For Category A eligible merchandise, the item must generally:

  • Be requested for return within three (3) days of confirmed delivery.

  • Receive return authorization from Bullion Breaks.

  • Be returned in the condition in which it was received.

  • Include original packaging when applicable.

  • Include certificates, documentation, accessories, or other included materials when applicable.

  • Not have been altered.

  • Not have been cleaned.

  • Not have been damaged by the customer.

  • Not have been modified or repaired.

  • Not have been misused.

Bullion Breaks may deny a return if the item does not satisfy the applicable return requirements.

4. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If Bullion Breaks sends an incorrect item or an item that arrives damaged, customers should contact Bullion Breaks promptly.

Customers should retain:

  • The original shipping box

  • Packaging materials

  • Shipping label

  • Product

  • Any included documentation

Photographs may be requested.

Bullion Breaks will review the circumstances and determine the appropriate resolution.

Depending on the circumstances, the resolution may include:

  • Replacement

  • Refund

  • Return authorization

  • Store credit

  • Other appropriate remedy

5. CUSTOMER-CAUSED DAMAGE

A return may be denied when an item has been damaged, altered, cleaned, modified, repaired, or otherwise changed after delivery.

This is particularly important for:

  • Coins

  • Bullion

  • Certified coins

  • Slabs

  • Trading cards

  • Sports memorabilia

  • Collectibles

  • Limited products

Customers should handle collectible and precious-metal products carefully.

6. OPENED OR ALTERED PRODUCTS

Certain products may become Final Sale once opened, unsealed, altered, or otherwise changed.

This may include:

  • Mystery products

  • Randomized products

  • Sealed products

  • Trading-card products

  • Promotional products

  • Limited releases

  • Other products where opening or altering the product changes its value or marketability

The applicable product listing may identify special return restrictions.

7. RETURN SHIPPING

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs for customer-requested returns.

Customers should use the return instructions provided by Bullion Breaks.

Bullion Breaks may require a specific shipping method, tracking, insurance, or other protection depending on the value and nature of the item.

When the return results from an error attributable to Bullion Breaks, Bullion Breaks may provide return-shipping instructions or a return label where appropriate.

8. REFUND PROCESS

Refunds are generally processed after:

  1. The return is authorized;

  2. The returned item is received;

  3. The item is inspected; and

  4. Bullion Breaks determines that the applicable return requirements have been satisfied.

Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method.

The customer's bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Bullion Breaks does not control the processing time of third-party financial institutions.

9. RESTOCKING FEE

Bullion Breaks currently applies a:

25% RESTOCKING FEE

to applicable Category A returns.

The restocking fee is intended to account for costs and losses associated with processing, handling, inspection, repackaging, inventory management, resale preparation, market exposure, and other costs associated with returned merchandise.

The restocking fee does not necessarily apply to situations where the return results from an error attributable to Bullion Breaks, subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the transaction.

10. ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable for customer-requested returns unless:

  • The return results from an error attributable to Bullion Breaks; or

  • Applicable law requires otherwise.

11. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Customers may request cancellation before an order has been processed for shipment.

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed.

Certain products may become non-cancellable once the order is accepted.

This may include certain:

  • Precious metals

  • Bullion

  • Market-sensitive products

  • Custom products

  • Special-order products

  • Limited products

  • Other products identified by Bullion Breaks

Because precious-metal prices can change rapidly, cancellation restrictions may apply to market-sensitive products.

12. PRICE AND MARKET FLUCTUATIONS

Bullion Breaks sells products whose value may be affected by market conditions.

Customers acknowledge that market prices can increase or decrease after an order is placed.

A decrease in market value after purchase does not, by itself, create a right to cancel or return a Final Sale or otherwise restricted product.

13. RETURN AUTHORIZATION

Customers must contact Bullion Breaks before returning an item.

Unauthorized returns may be delayed while Bullion Breaks determines how the item should be handled.

Return instructions may include:

  • Return address

  • Shipping method

  • Tracking requirements

  • Insurance requirements

  • Packaging requirements

  • Other instructions appropriate for the product

14. FRAUDULENT OR ABUSIVE RETURNS

Bullion Breaks reserves the right to investigate suspected fraudulent, abusive, or repetitive return activity.

This may include situations involving:

  • False damage claims

  • Product substitution

  • Missing components

  • Altered products

  • Repeated unauthorized returns

  • Fraudulent payment disputes

  • Other suspected abuse

Bullion Breaks may restrict or refuse future transactions when permitted by applicable law.

15. PAYMENT DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS

Customers are encouraged to contact Bullion Breaks first regarding billing, payment, return, or order concerns so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

Nothing in this policy prevents customers from exercising rights provided by applicable law or applicable payment-provider rules.

Fraudulent or abusive chargeback activity may result in account restrictions, cancellation of pending orders, or other action permitted by law.

16. POLICY EXCEPTIONS

Bullion Breaks may make an exception to this policy when appropriate.

An exception made in one situation does not create an obligation to make the same exception in another situation.
