Returns & Refunds Policy

At Bullion Breaks, we strive to deliver transparency and fairness in every transaction. Due to the volatile nature of our products—including precious metals, sports cards, memorabilia, and collector items—we have established the following return policy:

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days of delivery.

  • Items must be in their original, unopened packaging and in the same condition as received.

  • Graded coins, authenticated memorabilia, or sealed products must remain untampered to qualify.

Restocking Fee

  • All returns will incur a restocking fee of 75% of the purchase price.

  • This fee reflects market volatility, authentication, handling, and administrative costs.

  • The remaining 25% will be refunded once the item is inspected and approved.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Bullion and coins purchased during live breaks or auctions are final sale.

  • Special orders, limited releases, and promotional items are not eligible for return.

  • Items showing signs of wear, tampering, or damage will not be accepted.

Return Process

  1. Contact Bullion Breaks at [insert email/phone] to request a Return Authorization (RA).

  2. Securely package the item to prevent damage in transit.

  3. Ship the item using a trackable and insured method at the customer’s expense.

  4. Refunds (minus restocking fee) will be processed within 10 business days of inspection.

  • All products sold by Bullion Breaks are delivered in the condition stated, in accordance with generally accepted industry standards.

  • Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.

  • In case of shipping damage, customers must file a claim directly with the carrier.

  • Any discrepancies—including wrong or missing items—must be reported to Bullion Breaks within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1 to 5 business days after full payment (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Bullion Breaks reserves the right to revise, discontinue, or cancel any product or order without prior notice or liability.

  • By placing an order online, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.

    Payment & Chargeback Policy

    At Bullion Breaks, we take payment security and fairness seriously. To protect both our customers and our business, the following policies apply:

    • All payments must be authorized and cleared before orders are processed.

    • Any chargeback initiated by the customer will be treated as a return.

    • A restocking fee of 75% of the original purchase price will be applied to all chargebacks.

    • The remaining 25% will be refunded only after the product is returned in its original condition and inspected.

    Fraud Prevention

    • Bullion Breaks reserves the right to dispute and contest any chargeback claims.

    • Orders flagged as fraudulent or suspicious may be cancelled without notice.

    • Customers engaging in repeated chargebacks may be restricted from future purchases.

    Shipping Policy

    Domestic Shipping

    • We offer flat rate shipping across the United States for $7.95 per package, delivered via USPS with signature confirmation for added security.

    • No matter your location, your order will be shipped with care and verified upon delivery.

    International Shipping

    • We also ship internationally at a flat rate of $30 per order.

    • International orders are shipped via a secure, trackable method to ensure safe delivery.

    • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

    • Delivery times may vary depending on destination and local postal services.
