Q: What are “sealed surprise products”? These are factory-sealed mystery packs or boxes. Neither buyer nor seller knows the exact contents until opened. Each series includes a published checklist so you know what’s possible.

Q: What’s included in a mystery pack? Each mystery pack contains coins, bullion, or cards from a published checklist. Contents vary by series, with some packs including premium hits and others containing standard collectibles.
Q: Are your products authentic? Yes. Coins and bullion are sourced from trusted suppliers, and sports cards are factory-sealed or graded. All sealed products use tamper‑evident packaging to ensure integrity.
Shipping
Q: How much is shipping? Shipping is a flat rate of $7.95 per order.
Q: How long does shipping take? Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but tracking numbers are always provided.
Q: Do you ship internationally? Yes. Rates and delivery times may vary. Please contact us for international shipping quotes.
Q: Are shipments insured? Yes. All shipments are insured and include tracking for peace of mind.

Q: Can I see the checklist before buying? Yes. Each product listing includes a checklist of possible contents at the series level.
Q: Do you allow “golden tickets” or guaranteed values? No. Bullion Breaks complies fully with Whatnot’s rules—every possible item is listed in the checklist, and we do not advertise guaranteed values.
Orders & Returns
Q: Can I cancel my order? Orders can be canceled before shipping. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. Please contact us immediately if you need assistance.
Q: Do you accept returns? Yes, returns are accepted within 7 calendar days of delivery if items remain in their original, unopened packaging and are in the same condition as received. Graded coins, authenticated memorabilia, and sealed products must remain untampered to qualify.
Q: Is there a restocking fee? Yes. All returns incur a 75% restocking fee to cover market volatility, authentication, handling, and administrative costs. The remaining 25% will be refunded once the item is inspected and approved.
Q: What items are non-returnable?

Q: How do I start a return? Contact Bullion Breaks at bullionbreaks@gmail.com to request a Return Authorization (RA). Securely package the item to prevent damage in transit and ship it using a trackable, insured method at your expense. Refunds (minus restocking fee) will be processed within 10 business days of inspection.
Q: What happens if I file a chargeback? Chargebacks are treated as returns. A 75% restocking fee applies, and the remaining 25% will only be refunded once the product is returned in its original condition and inspected. Customers are responsible for any additional fees incurred during the chargeback process.
Q: How does Bullion Breaks prevent fraud? We reserve the right to dispute or contest chargeback claims. Orders flagged as fraudulent or suspicious may be canceled without notice, and customers engaging in repeated chargebacks may be restricted from future purchases.
Community & Dealers
Q: Can I become a dealer with Bullion Breaks? Yes! Interested dealers can apply through our Dealer Application Form. We review each application to ensure alignment with our brand values. Approved dealers gain access to exclusive series and early releases.
Compliance (Whatnot Rules)
Q: What happens after November 3, 2025? Only products on Whatnot’s Identified Product List can be sold, broken, or given away. Bullion Breaks ensures all sealed surprise products are submitted and approved.
Q: How do products get approved? Manufacturers must submit documentation, undergo an audit, and demonstrate professional sealing and operational controls. Bullion Breaks follows these requirements to ensure compliance.
Q: How do you seal products? All products are sealed using professional, tamper‑evident methods (heat seal, shrink wrap, holographic labels). Each batch is logged with sealing dates and QC checks.
Q: Do you provide checklists? Yes. Every mystery pack series has a published checklist of possible contents.
Q: What records do you keep? We maintain batch IDs, sealing dates, QC logs, and product checklists. These records are available for audit review.
